Call Quality Analyst - Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity Sector (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Call Quality Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will possess a BCA degree and be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer service excellence within the investment banking/venture capital/private equity sector. This role is crucial in identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the overall enhancement of client communication and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions of customer-facing teams.
- Assess calls based on predefined quality scorecards, focusing on accuracy, completeness, professionalism, compliance, and customer experience.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents and team leads to improve performance and address identified gaps.
- Identify trends and patterns in call data to pinpoint systemic issues and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports on call quality, agent performance, and key findings for management review.
- Collaborate with training and operations teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, company policies, and product knowledge to ensure accurate evaluation.
- Conduct root cause analysis for customer complaints and quality deviations.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards across the team.
