Camera Operator

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Camera Operator to join our operations team. The Camera Operator will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage of our logistics operations, including parcel handling, sorting, warehousing, and delivery processes. This role is crucial for creating training materials, marketing content, and internal documentation to enhance operational efficiency and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various camera equipment (DSLRs, camcorders, drones if applicable) to record clear and stable video footage.
- Set up and adjust lighting and sound equipment for optimal recording quality.
- Follow shot lists and storyboards to capture specific operational processes and details.
- Conduct site surveys to identify the best camera angles and locations for filming.
- Ensure all footage is organized, backed up, and labeled correctly.
- Collaborate with the content creation and operations teams to understand project requirements.
- Maintain and perform basic troubleshooting for camera and related equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while filming within operational facilities.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos for various purposes, including training, marketing, and internal reporting (basic editing skills may be required or collaboration with editors).
