Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Campaign Manager with a Diploma in a relevant field and 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels to support our management consulting services. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and analytical skills to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Create compelling campaign content, including email copy, social media posts, landing pages, and brochures.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, creative) and external agencies to ensure campaign success.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, track KPIs, and generate regular reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to enhance campaign ROI.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Support the development of marketing collateral and presentations.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company branding guidelines and relevant regulations.
