Campaign Manager (M.Tech Required) - Indore

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Campaign Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team at our Indore facility. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, particularly within the healthcare or hospital sector. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaign lifecycles, from strategy development and execution to performance analysis and optimization, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and patient outreach goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaign strategies across various channels (digital, print, events) to promote hospital services, specialties, and health awareness programs.

Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure maximum ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical staff, IT, and sales, to ensure campaign messaging is accurate, compelling, and aligned with hospital branding.

Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
