Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Campus Relations professional with a strong M.Com background to join our team in Pune. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing our campus recruitment strategy, building strong relationships with premier educational institutions across India, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process for fresh talent. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of finance and accounting to assess talent and contribute to the overall human capital strategy of our organization within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy aligned with organizational hiring needs and talent pipeline objectives.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at target universities and business schools, including placement cells, faculty, and student bodies.

Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, including job fairs, information sessions, and assessment centers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific talent requirements and develop effective sourcing and selection strategies for entry-level roles.

Utilize financial acumen (M.Com background) to contribute to the evaluation of candidate profiles, understanding of financial literacy, and potential for growth within the organization.

Manage the offer rollout process, including compensation benchmarking and negotiation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., cost per hire, time to hire, offer acceptance rate) to identify areas for improvement and report on recruitment effectiveness.

Stay abreast of emerging trends in campus recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly within the financial services industry.
