Campus Recruitment / Campus Relations

Role Summary: The Campus Recruitment / Campus Relations role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent from universities and colleges across India. This role will build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, manage the end-to-end recruitment process for campus hires, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy aligned with business needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with career services departments, faculty, and student organizations at target universities.
- Plan and execute on-campus and virtual recruitment events, including job fairs, information sessions, and interviews.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for campus hires, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and ensure effective candidate matching.
- Develop engaging employer branding materials and campaigns to attract diverse talent.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Aramex India on campus.
