Campus Recruitment / Campus Relations - Sports / Leisure & Recreation Sector (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Campus Recruitment / Campus Relations professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our campus recruitment strategy, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and attracting top talent for various roles within our sports and leisure organization. A background in design (B.Des) will be highly valued for creating engaging recruitment materials and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and build relationships with key universities and colleges across India, focusing on programs relevant to our industry.
- Plan and execute on-campus and virtual recruitment events, including job fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for campus hires, from sourcing and screening to offer management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Create compelling and visually appealing recruitment marketing materials (brochures, presentations, social media content) utilizing B.Des skills.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in campus recruitment and employer branding.
- Foster positive relationships with students, faculty, and career services departments.
