Campus Recruitment Specialist

Role Summary:
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Campus Recruitment Specialist to lead and manage our campus engagement and recruitment initiatives across India. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent from premier academic institutions to fuel HAL's growth in the Defence & Aerospace sector. The specialist will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with universities, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for campus hires, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy aligned with HAL's talent acquisition goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key universities, colleges, and technical institutes across India.
- Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives, including job fairs, information sessions, and technical presentations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and graduate trainees, from application screening to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Design and implement assessment methodologies (aptitude tests, group discussions, interviews) to identify high-potential candidates.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand talent needs and define role requirements for campus hires.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports on campus hiring progress and effectiveness.
- Organize and facilitate onboarding programs for new campus hires.
- Stay updated on emerging talent trends and best practices in campus recruitment within the Defence & Aerospace industry.
