Campus Recruitment Specialist

Role Summary: The Campus Recruitment Specialist will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent from academic institutions across India. This role is crucial for building Infosys' future workforce and ensuring a robust pipeline of skilled professionals. You will be the face of Infosys on campuses, fostering strong relationships with universities and students.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy aligned with business needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with target universities, colleges, and placement cells.

Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, including job fairs, information sessions, and assessment centers.

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for campus hires, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and ensure a smooth selection process.

Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive brand impression.

Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports on campus hiring progress.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment.
