Campus Relations Specialist

AquaClear Solutions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Campus Relations Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial for building and maintaining strong relationships with universities and colleges to attract top talent for our internship and entry-level positions. You will be responsible for planning and executing campus recruitment strategies, organizing recruitment events, and serving as a liaison between the company and academic institutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive campus recruitment plans.
• Organizing and attending career fairs, information sessions, and other campus events.
• Building relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations.
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts.
• Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Analyzing recruitment data and providing reports on campus recruitment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in campus recruitment, university relations, or event planning is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for talent acquisition and building relationships.
• Familiarity with the water treatment or waste management industry is an advantage.
