Captain

Role Summary:
Akasa Air is seeking experienced and qualified Captains to join our growing flight operations team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft, ensuring the highest standards of aviation safety and customer service. You will lead a crew, manage all aspects of flight operations, and uphold the company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

Command and control of the aircraft during all phases of flight.

Ensuring compliance with all applicable aviation regulations, company policies, and procedures.

Conducting pre-flight inspections, flight planning, and weather assessments.

Managing crew performance, providing leadership, and fostering a positive team environment.

Making critical decisions in dynamic situations to ensure the safety of passengers and crew.

Performing duties in accordance with the Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) and company operational manuals.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of aviation standards, aircraft systems, and emergency procedures.

Providing excellent customer service and representing Akasa Air professionally.
