Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Captain / Commander with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic aviation team in Nasik. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree who is looking to apply their innovative design thinking to operational roles within the aviation sector. You will be instrumental in contributing to the safe and efficient operation of our aviation services, leveraging your unique design perspective to enhance processes and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior flight crew in pre-flight checks and flight planning, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate user-centric design principles into operational workflows and aircraft interiors.
- Conduct research and analysis on operational data, identifying areas for improvement through a design thinking lens.
- Participate in simulator training and flight evaluations to maintain proficiency and safety standards.
- Develop and present innovative solutions for enhancing passenger experience and crew efficiency, drawing from M.Des curriculum.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and design modifications within the operational environment.
- Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
