Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Captain/Commander to oversee and manage the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our power generation facilities in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of operational staff, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations, and optimizing plant performance to meet energy demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of power generation units, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations and company policies.
• Monitor plant performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain operational stability.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless plant operations and planned outages.
• Manage shift schedules, resource allocation, and operational budgets.
• Participate in incident investigations and implement lessons learned to prevent recurrence.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices.
