Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Captain/Master Mariner to oversee and manage maritime operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with all regulations. This role is critical for our clients in the maritime logistics sector that rely on our technology for their operations. You will be instrumental in advising on best practices and operational strategies within the BFSI-adjacent logistics domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and efficient navigation and operation of vessels.
- Develop and implement operational plans and procedures.
- Manage crew performance, training, and welfare.
- Oversee vessel maintenance and repair schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Liaise with port authorities, shipping agents, and other stakeholders.
- Manage cargo operations, including loading, unloading, and securing.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of technology solutions for maritime logistics.
