Captain / Master Mariner for Post Graduation Not Required Graduates (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Captain / Master Mariner with 3-4 years of relevant experience to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of vessels, ensuring compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies. This role is suitable for individuals who have completed their education without necessarily requiring a post-graduation degree.

Key Responsibilities:

- Command and manage the vessel, ensuring the safety of the crew, passengers, and cargo.

- Plan and execute voyages, considering weather conditions, navigation, and operational efficiency.

- Maintain all vessel logs, records, and documentation in accordance with maritime law and company standards.

- Supervise and train the deck crew, fostering a culture of safety and professionalism.

- Ensure compliance with International Maritime Organization (IMO) regulations, national maritime laws, and port state control requirements.

- Oversee vessel maintenance and repair activities to ensure operational readiness.

- Manage ship's stores, supplies, and provisions efficiently.

- Respond effectively to emergencies and implement contingency plans.
