We are seeking a motivated and diligent Captain / Master Mariner with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing maritime operations, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, and managing crew effectively. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational readiness and effectiveness of our maritime security services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Command and control of assigned vessel, ensuring safe and efficient navigation.
- Implement and enforce all maritime safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage vessel crew, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct regular inspections of vessel equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
- Coordinate with port authorities and other relevant agencies.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of vessel operations.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and operational challenges.
