Captain / Restaurant Supervisor

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Captain / Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the operations of our corporate dining facilities within the HDFC Life Insurance premises. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, manage the F&B team, and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role is crucial for providing a positive and efficient dining experience to our employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering of food and beverages.
• Ensure adherence to all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Assist in menu planning and special event coordination.
• Ensure efficient cash handling and billing procedures.
