Captain / Restaurant Supervisor (Contract) | Ahmedabad

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Captain / Restaurant Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to oversee daily operations within our corporate dining facility in Ahmedabad. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively to ensure a seamless dining experience for our employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen support.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all patrons, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Manage inventory of supplies, including food, beverages, and linens, and place orders as needed.
- Train and mentor new staff members, ensuring they understand service protocols and company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Contribute to cost control measures and optimize operational efficiency.
