We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Captain / Restaurant Supervisor, specializing in supporting our operations within the Electronic Components / Semiconductors sector. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree looking to apply their creative problem-solving and organizational skills in a dynamic corporate environment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the cafeteria/dining facilities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Manage and guide a team of service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing needs and resolving issues.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, place orders, and manage budgets for the dining area.
- Implement and enforce hygiene and safety protocols in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery supporting employees in the Electronic Components / Semiconductors division.
- Utilize design thinking principles (from M.Des background) to identify areas for operational improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Assist in planning and executing special events or catering needs.
- Train new staff members on service procedures, product knowledge, and company policies.
- Monitor service quality and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
