Captain / Restaurant Supervisor - Textile & Apparel (2-4 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Captain / Restaurant Supervisor to join our team within the Textile & Apparel industry. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience. This role requires a blend of operational management, customer service excellence, and a proactive approach to team leadership, all within a unique industry context. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and contributing to a positive dining and customer experience within our corporate facilities or employee cafeterias. Your technical background from MCA will be leveraged for efficient resource management and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant/cafeteria operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Ensure inventory management, stock control, and ordering of supplies.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all dining and kitchen areas.

Assist in menu planning and preparation, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
