Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Card Operations Executive / Lead with a strong understanding of legal frameworks and operational intricacies to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our card-related operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily card operations, including transaction processing, dispute resolution, and fraud monitoring.

Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian and international payment card industry regulations and data privacy laws.

Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance card security and customer trust.

Liaise with payment networks, card issuers, and third-party vendors to resolve operational issues and manage relationships.

Conduct legal reviews of card-related contracts, agreements, and vendor terms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Assist in the development and execution of new card product initiatives, providing legal and operational insights.

Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
