Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Card Operations Executive / Lead to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our card payment operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining high standards of security and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment gateways, card networks, and reconciliation processes within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily card transaction processing and monitoring.
- Reconcile card transactions with bank statements and internal records.
- Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and chargebacks.
- Manage relationships with payment gateways and card networks.
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and other relevant regulations.
- Generate reports on card transaction volumes, fees, and performance.
- Implement and improve card payment processes and controls.
- Provide support and training to internal teams on card payment procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in card operations.
