Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Card Operations Executive / Lead to manage and optimize our card-related operations within the Textile & Apparel sector. This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of all card transactions, managing vendor relationships, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment systems and a proven track record in operational roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily card operations, including transaction processing, reconciliation, and settlement.
- Manage relationships with card networks (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) and payment gateway providers.
- Monitor card performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Handle customer queries and disputes related to card transactions.
- Develop and implement new card-based payment solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of card operations specialists.
- Prepare reports on card operations performance and present findings to management.
