Card Operations Executive / Lead

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Card Operations Executive/Lead to manage and oversee all aspects of card operations within our textile and apparel business. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of our payment systems, managing cardholder data, and resolving operational issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of card processing, fraud prevention, and customer service within a retail or e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of card processing, including transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and settlement.

Oversee card issuance, activation, and deactivation processes.

Investigate and resolve transaction disputes, chargebacks, and fraud-related issues.

Ensure compliance with all relevant card network rules, regulations, and data security standards (e.g., PCI DSS).

Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, IT, Customer Service) and external partners (banks, payment processors) to resolve operational issues.

Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

Generate reports on card operations performance, trends, and key metrics.

Provide training and guidance to junior team members (for Lead role).
