Card Operations Executive / Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Card Operations Executive / Lead to manage and oversee all aspects of our secure identification card issuance and management system for law enforcement and security personnel. This role involves ensuring the integrity, security, and efficiency of our card operations, including application processing, card production, distribution, and revocation. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing operational processes, possess strong leadership qualities, and a commitment to maintaining high security standards. This is a critical role in supporting the operational readiness and security of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end process of secure identification card issuance, including application verification, data entry, and background checks.
• Oversee the production and personalization of identification cards, ensuring accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
• Develop and implement procedures for card distribution, activation, and revocation.
• Maintain accurate and secure databases of all cardholders and card issuance records.
• Lead and mentor a team of card operations specialists, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships related to card production and technology.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare reports on card issuance metrics, operational efficiency, and security incidents.
