We are seeking a diligent and legally-minded Card Operations Executive / Lead with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of card operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legal frameworks. This role requires a strong understanding of operational processes and a keen eye for detail, with a background in LLB being a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline card issuance, activation, and deactivation processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations, company policies, and industry best practices related to card operations.
- Handle customer queries and complaints related to card services, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, IT) to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular audits of card operations to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new card products and services.
- Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Monitor card transaction activities for any fraudulent or suspicious behavior and report accordingly.
