Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Card Operations Executive/Lead with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our card operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background to bring a unique analytical and process-driven approach to managing card lifecycle, transaction processing, dispute resolution, and compliance within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of credit and debit cards, including issuance, activation, renewal, and closure.
- Monitor daily card transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement.
- Investigate and resolve card-related inquiries, disputes, and chargebacks in accordance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Risk, Customer Service) and external partners (payment networks) to address operational issues and enhance card services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations, card association rules, and data privacy standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve customer experience in card operations.
- Generate reports on card performance, transaction volumes, and operational metrics for management review.
- Assist in the testing and implementation of new card products and technologies.
- Train and mentor junior team members on card operational procedures and best practices.
