Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Cardiologist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for a candidate with a B.Sc degree looking to apply their medical knowledge within a corporate legal environment. You will be involved in providing expert medical opinions and analysis for legal cases related to healthcare and medical malpractice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze medical records and patient histories to provide expert opinions.
- Assess the causality and extent of medical conditions in relation to legal claims.
- Prepare comprehensive medical reports for legal proceedings.
- Consult with legal teams on complex medical-legal issues.
- Stay updated on relevant medical and legal standards within the Indian healthcare system.
- Assist in the development of legal strategies by providing medical insights.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
