- Help draft and refine resumes and cover letters.
- Facilitate basic interview preparation sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and progress.
- Collaborate with HR and training departments to understand current company needs and opportunities.
- Offer support and guidance on navigating workplace expectations and professional development.
- Stay updated on general career trends relevant to the consumer electronics and appliances industry.
