Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Career Coach with 2-3 years of experience to join our Human Resources team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a passion for guiding healthcare professionals in their career development within the dynamic Apollo Hospitals environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with employees to identify career aspirations, strengths, and areas for development.
- Develop personalized career development plans in alignment with individual goals and organizational needs.
- Provide guidance on skill enhancement, training opportunities, and internal mobility within the hospital network.
- Facilitate workshops and group sessions on career planning, resume building, and interview skills.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to understand current and future talent needs.
- Track and report on employee career progression and coaching effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in career coaching and talent management.
