Role Summary:
As a Career Coach at Jio Platforms Limited, you will be instrumental in guiding and developing the career paths of our employees within the dynamic and rapidly evolving telecom and digital services industry. You will provide personalized coaching, resources, and support to help individuals achieve their professional goals, enhance their skills, and contribute effectively to Jio's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with employees to assess their career aspirations, strengths, and development areas.
• Develop personalized career development plans, including skill-building strategies and potential role transitions within the organization.
• Facilitate workshops and group sessions on career management, skill development, and navigating the corporate environment.
• Provide guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and networking strategies tailored to the Indian job market and the telecom sector.
• Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to identify talent needs and support internal mobility initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving career opportunities within the telecom and digital services landscape.
• Maintain confidential records of coaching sessions and progress tracking.
