- Facilitate workshops and training programs on topics such as resume building, interview skills, and personal branding.
- Offer support and advice on navigating career transitions and challenges within the fast-paced events industry.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify talent needs and succession planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in career coaching and talent development.
