Role Summary: As a Career Coach at Infosys, you will be instrumental in guiding and empowering our employees to achieve their professional goals. You will provide personalized career development support, helping individuals identify their strengths, explore career paths within the organization, and develop strategies for growth and advancement. Your role will contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and career satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to understand employee career aspirations, skill sets, and development needs.
2. Assist employees in creating personalized career development plans, including setting SMART goals and identifying relevant training and development opportunities.
3. Provide guidance on internal mobility, role transitions, and skill enhancement to align with organizational needs and individual growth.
4. Facilitate workshops and group sessions on topics such as career planning, resume building, interview skills, and personal branding.
5. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand current and future talent needs and align career coaching initiatives accordingly.
6. Maintain confidential records of coaching sessions and track employee progress.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, career development best practices, and emerging roles within the technology sector.
