Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial career counseling sessions with employees to understand their aspirations, strengths, and development needs.
Assist in developing personalized career development plans, aligning individual goals with organizational needs.
Research and identify relevant training programs, workshops, and resources to support employee skill enhancement.
Provide guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and networking strategies.
Maintain confidential employee records and track progress on development plans.
Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to understand current and future talent requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in career coaching and talent management.
