The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models for various projects related to urban planning, infrastructure development, and visualization within the public administration sector. This role requires a strong understanding of 3D modeling software and a keen eye for detail to translate conceptual designs into realistic 3D representations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and accurate 3D models of infrastructure projects, urban layouts, and architectural elements based on technical drawings, sketches, and specifications.
• Develop realistic textures, materials, and lighting for 3D models to enhance visualization and presentation quality.
• Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and project managers to understand project requirements and provide 3D modeling solutions.
• Prepare 3D models for various applications, including presentations, simulations, virtual reality, and marketing materials.
• Optimize 3D models for performance and efficiency while maintaining visual fidelity.
