Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding balances.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.
- Maintain organized and complete records of all transactions and communications.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues.
