Career Opportunity: Advisor / Consultant (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advisor / Consultant with 2-4 years of experience and a strong legal background (LLB) to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal and advisory support on various power sector projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review, draft, and negotiate various legal agreements, including EPC contracts, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Fuel Supply Agreements (FSAs), and joint venture agreements.
* Provide legal counsel and advisory services on regulatory matters pertaining to the power sector in India, including compliance with Electricity Act, 2003, and other relevant policies.
* Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues impacting the company's projects and operations.
* Assist in managing litigation and dispute resolution processes, working closely with external legal counsel.
* Ensure adherence to corporate governance norms and company policies.
* Support the business development team in legal due diligence for new project acquisitions and investments.
* Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
* Stay updated on the latest legal developments and their implications for the power industry.
