We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with a strong business acumen to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with 3-5 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM, looking to leverage their technical understanding of aircraft maintenance within a strategic management consulting framework. You will be instrumental in advising our clients on optimizing their aviation maintenance operations, improving efficiency, and driving cost savings.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Analyze current aircraft maintenance processes and identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
- • Develop and implement strategic recommendations for maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
- • Conduct feasibility studies and business case development for new maintenance technologies and approaches.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for client engagements.
- • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in aviation maintenance.
- • Provide subject matter expertise to clients on complex aircraft maintenance challenges.
