Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Analytics Consultant with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to drive data-driven insights and solutions for our clients in the clinical research and contract research industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, develop analytical models, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for analytical initiatives.
- Design, develop, and implement statistical and machine learning models to analyze clinical trial data, identify trends, and predict outcomes.
- Perform data mining, data cleansing, and data transformation to ensure data quality and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data analytics, statistical modeling, and clinical research methodologies.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data analysis within the organization.
- Support business development activities by contributing to proposals and client presentations.
