Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional installations of various smart home appliances and hardware networking equipment as per company standards and client specifications.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with installed appliances and networking systems, providing timely and effective repair solutions.

Conduct pre-installation checks to ensure all necessary tools, parts, and site readiness are confirmed.

Educate customers on the proper usage and maintenance of installed appliances and systems.

Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and inventory using company-provided software.

Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines during all service calls.

Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation for installation and repair parts.
