Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager (B2B) with 3-4 years of experience to drive business growth within the medical services sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Pharma background and sales acumen to build strong relationships with healthcare providers and generate new business opportunities in the Jaipur region. This role is crucial for expanding our market reach and solidifying Apollo Hospitals' position as a leader in healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed organizational sales goals in the assigned territory (Jaipur).
Identify and prospect new B2B clients, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate tie-ups, to promote Apollo Hospitals' services.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within healthcare institutions.
Understand customer needs and requirements and present appropriate service solutions offered by Apollo Hospitals.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to management.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, medical services) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets for revenue, volume, and market share within the designated area.
