Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area / Territory Manager to oversee and drive business growth for MakeMyTrip within a designated territory in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the travel and tourism landscape. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal acumen and business development expertise to expand our market presence and enhance partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve territory sales targets and market share growth.
- Identify and onboard new travel partners, including hotels, tour operators, and service providers, within the assigned territory.
- Manage and nurture existing partner relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and collaboration.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee contractual agreements and ensure compliance with legal and company policies, leveraging LLM knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of the territory and individual partners, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent MakeMyTrip at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI.
