Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a passion for developing and implementing automation solutions within the BPO and call centre domain. You will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and improving service delivery through innovative automation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated scripts and workflows for various BPO processes, including customer service, data entry, and backend operations.
- Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
- Implement and test automation solutions, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and systems.
- Document automation processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and industry trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks and tools.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
