Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of employee wellness programs focusing on holistic health and well-being.
- Conduct preliminary health assessments and provide guidance on Ayurvedic lifestyle practices to employees.
- Maintain accurate records of employee consultations and program participation.
- Support the management team in budget tracking, resource allocation, and vendor management for wellness initiatives, utilizing your B.Com background.
- Research and present information on the benefits of Ayurveda in a corporate setting.
