We are seeking an experienced Ayurved Practitioner with a strong business acumen (MBA/PGDM) to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role will bridge the gap between traditional Ayurvedic practices and modern healthcare delivery through our digital platform. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that enhance our Ayurvedic service offerings, ensuring quality, accessibility, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and refine Ayurvedic treatment protocols and service packages for the Practo platform, considering evidence-based practices and market demand.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, technology) to integrate Ayurvedic services seamlessly into the digital platform.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the Ayurvedic healthcare sector within India.

Manage relationships with Ayurvedic doctors and healthcare providers on the platform, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Contribute to the strategic planning and business development initiatives for Practo's Ayurvedic vertical.

Analyze performance metrics and patient feedback to drive continuous improvement in Ayurvedic service delivery.

Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and ethical guidelines.
