Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Back Office Operations professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Apollo Hospitals in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and be adept at managing administrative and operational tasks within a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our back-office processes, supporting clinical operations, and contributing to exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and record-keeping with high accuracy.
- Process and verify patient billing, insurance claims, and payment collections.
- Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure seamless information flow.
- Maintain and organize all back-office documentation, both physical and digital.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis for management.
- Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all back-office functions.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, professionally.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
- Support the onboarding and training of new back-office staff as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
