Career Opportunity: Barista (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our Lucknow corporate office. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity, who does not require a postgraduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.

Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report any shortages.

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
