Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a BFSI, Investments & Trading - Other role. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent LLB graduate looking to gain experience in the intersection of finance, legal compliance, and the travel industry. You will support various functions related to financial transactions, regulatory adherence, and investment-related activities within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the review and understanding of financial regulations impacting the travel and tourism sector in India.
* Support the legal and finance teams in ensuring compliance with investment and trading policies.
* Conduct preliminary research on potential investment opportunities or partnerships.
* Help in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to financial agreements and transactions.
* Monitor and report on regulatory changes that may affect our investment or trading activities.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information for compliance checks and audits.
* Maintain organized records of financial and legal documentation.
* Learn and apply company policies and procedures related to financial operations and risk management.
* Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management on relevant BFSI topics.
