Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical BI Administration professional with an M.Tech degree to join our growing team in Kochi. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience looking to build a career in Business Intelligence within the dynamic food processing industry. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Business Intelligence platforms, ensuring data integrity, and assisting in the generation of insightful reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of BI tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Monitor BI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal functioning.
- Support data model development and data warehousing processes.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to understand data needs and deliver BI solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI environments.
- Participate in user training and provide ongoing support for BI tools.
- Document BI processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
