Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BI Architect with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree and a strong understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence, and data modeling principles. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions that support our defence and aerospace operations, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop robust data models and schemas for BI solutions, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Create and maintain ETL/ELT processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources into the data warehouse.
Develop and implement BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business improvements.
Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Assist in the administration and maintenance of the BI platform and data warehouse.
Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and best practices relevant to the defence and aerospace industry.
